1. When all terms are agreed upon, please sign and return a copy of this

contract to the mailing address listed above.

2. A deposit of half the total fee is required to hold the dates of this contract. Checks are to made payable to Tom Kress at  HI Esteem Coaching. 

3.Tom Kress  (your speaker) will present an Erin's Law (Your POWER Project) program that has been agreed upon by the signed party to fulfill the mandate of Erin's Law. 

4. The balance of the fee is due on or before the last day of scheduled presentations. Please consult with Tom Kress if this has to be delayed or cannot be met.

5. If, for any particular reason, there is a cancellation by the signed party, this will result in half the fee being forfeited. If, for any particular reason, Tom Kress has to cancel the signed party will receive full amount of whatever fee has been paid to that point.

    PLEASE SHARE EACH OF THE FOLLOWING POINTS WITH EACH SCHOOL.

6. Tom Kress will arrive at each designated location one hour prior to the first presentation. 

7. Tom Kress will require one location to hold the assembly, i.e., media center, lunchroom, all-purpose room, gymnasium. ONE LOCATION for the day.

8. Tom Kress will require one projector, a screen, an extension cord to project the Your POWER Project slideshow. If need be the projector can project on to a plain white/off white wall. Tom will also supply his own sound system (more consistency with delivery).
