At 46, I had a realization that changed

my life. I wanted to help people achieve their own breakthroughs so they could live powerfully, with higher self-esteem and a deeper belief in themselves.

Growing up, I faced sexual abuse that led to negative effects like low grades and isolation. I didn't believe in myself and just drifted through life.

Then, I had a life-changing realization: what you focus on is what you become.

I shifted my focus to the positive and became a certified Life Coach; helping people of all ages

find their power and direction.

I've spoken in hundreds of schools, raising awareness on important topics like

suicide and sexual abuse.

My goal every day is to pay it forward and help others live amazing lives.
